Instructions for use

Bergamot Oil is versatile and can be used in a variety of ways. For aromatherapy, add 3-4 drops of Bergamot Oil per 100 ml of water in a diffuser and let the fresh scent fill the room. As a skin care product, mix 15-30 drops of Bergamot Oil with a carrier oil for use as a body lotion or for massages. Bergamot Oil should be diluted with a cold-pressed carrier oil to no more than 0.4% Bergamot Oil to avoid possible side effects. Store the oil in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children and in its original packaging to maintain quality.
