Instructions for use
Take 1 vegetarian capsule with your first bite of dairy-containing food. If necessary, you may increase the dosage to 2 capsules at once.
If you continue to consume dairy-containing foods after a period of 30-45 minutes, it is recommended to take an additional dose of the product.
