Ingredients

Magnesium, ashwagandha (withania somnifera), taurine, capsule shell (vegan cellulose), magnesium ascorbate, passionflower extract (passiflora incarnata), acerola (malpighia glabra), vitamin B6, B11, B12.

Instructions for use

1. Shake the bottle before use. 2. Take 10 drops daily, preferably before bedtime. 3. Drop the liquid under your tongue and hold it there for a few seconds before swallowing. 4. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
