Due to an internal warehouse relocation, your order may be delayed by 1 to 2 days in rare cases. Most parcels are dispatched on time.
At BONO, we do everything we can to dispatch your order quickly and with care. The vast majority of orders are currently dispatched on time. However, we’d like to be transparent about a temporary situation in our warehouse that may cause a slight delay in some cases.
We are currently carrying out an important internal relocation within our warehouse. This transition will improve our logistics so we can deliver even faster and more efficiently in the future. During this period, however, operational pressure is temporarily higher than usual.
In most cases, nothing will change for you. Most orders are dispatched as usual and on time. There is a small chance, however, that your order may be delayed by 1 to 2 days. We want to be upfront about this so you know what to expect. In most cases, your parcel will still arrive on time.

In most cases, there’s nothing you need to do. You’ll automatically receive tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
If you haven’t received tracking info after two days and we haven’t contacted you yet, please reach out via our contact page. We’ll check it for you right away.
