BioTechUSA Nitrox Therapy (340 g) is a pre-workout formula with amino acids such as L-arginine, L-citrulline, and beta-alanine, supplemented with BCAAs, creatine, and caffeine. Additionally, the powder contains a mix of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B3, B6, magnesium, iron, zinc, and chromium. The formula dissolves easily in water. Nitrox Therapy is available in four flavors: peach, tropical fruits, blue grape, and cranberry.
L-arginine hydrochloride is a simple salt form of arginine, while AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate) combines arginine with another compound for variation in solubility and uses.
Citrulline is an amino acid that is often used together with arginine in pre-workout supplements due to its different application within sports nutrition.
The BCAAs in Nitrox Therapy consist of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. These are branched-chain amino acids often added to sports nutrition because they are essential amino acids and must be supplemented through the diet.
Citrate and fumarate are organic compounds that naturally occur in the citric acid cycle (Krebs cycle). In supplements, they are often added as stable compounds to make the formula complete.
Maltodextrin is added as a fast source of carbohydrates and as a carrier in the powder. It improves the solubility and texture in the drink.
