Instructions for use

Mix ½ to 1 level measuring spoon (1.1 - 2.2 grams) of the powder with approximately 150 ml of water or other liquid and take with a meal. Consume immediately after preparation. Follow the recommended dosage for best results. A measuring spoon of 2.5 ml (= approx. 2.2 grams) is included.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent. Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day considering, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia (excessive concentration of oxalic acid in the blood). Magnesium may have a laxative effect; adjust dosage as needed.
