Instructions for use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 level scoops (7 grams) 1-2 times a day just before a meal. Mix with (approx. 250 ml) water. Consume immediately after preparation (as it thickens quickly otherwise). Additionally, drink another glass of water. Stick to the recommended dosage. A 10 ml scoop (= approx. 3.5 grams) is included. Limited shelf life after opening.

Safety & storage advice

The intake of psyllium fibers may reduce the absorption of certain medications. Therefore, take medications at least 1 hour before the psyllium or at least 2 hours afterward. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, consult an expert before use. Stop use in case of hypersensitivity and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is damaged.
