Instructions for use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 level scoops (7 grams) 1-2 times daily just before a meal. Mix with (approx. 250 ml) of water. After preparation, consume immediately (otherwise it thickens quickly). Additionally, drink a glass of water. Adhere to the recommended dosage. A measuring spoon of 10 ml (= approx. 3.5 g) is enclosed. Limited shelf life after opening.

Safety & storage advice

Intake of psyllium fiber may lower the absorption of certain medications. Therefore, take medications at least 1 hour before psyllium or at least 2 hours after. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. In pregnancy, lactation, medication use or medical supervision, consult an expert before use. Stop in case of hypersensitivity and contact a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use with damaged seal.
