Instructions for use

For the first two months, take one capsule three times daily with a meal with plenty of water or as advised. The daily dose can also be taken in two doses (for example, two capsules in the morning and one capsule in the evening). It is strongly recommended that PeaPlex be used consistently for at least two months. Most PeaPlex users notice a difference after just a few weeks. After two months, you may want to consider: - continuing to take one capsule twice daily - reducing the intake to once a day capsule - stopping the intake If the result decreases after reducing the dosage, it is advised to increase the dosage again to one capsule twice or three times daily. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Safety & storage advice

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age (legally required statement for products containing up to 3 mg vitamin B6 per daily dose). Dietary supplements should not be used to replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent.
