Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal with water. Follow the recommended dosage. For pregnant women, Every Day Mama is recommended. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent). Note: The recommended daily allowance for healthy adults is set at 150 micrograms per day. The maximum safe dose for iodine is 600 micrograms/day from food, fortified foods and dietary supplements. For thyroid disorders, consult with a physician or therapist before using this product. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to iodine. In some situations it may be advisable to slowly build up the dosage to the recommended daily dosage. The capsule can be opened, if desired, to allow doses lower than 150 μg to be taken.
