Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule per day with a meal and water. Follow the recommended dosage. For pregnant individuals, Elke Dag Mama is recommended. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a doctor or healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor in case of hypersensitivity reactions. Keep the product out of reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing. Note: The recommended daily allowance for healthy adults is set at 150 micrograms per day. The maximum safe dose for iodine is 600 micrograms/day from food, fortified food, and supplements. In case of thyroid conditions, consult a doctor or therapist prior to using this product. Do not use if you are sensitive to iodine. In some cases, it may be advisable to gradually build up the dosage to the recommended daily intake. The capsule can be opened if desired to take doses lower than 150 μg.
