Instructions for use

Take 1-2 level scoops (5-10 grams) per day with a meal. Mix with water (approximately 200 ml) or another liquid. Let the drink sit for a moment to allow the fibers to fully dissolve. The fibers can also be added to food (such as yogurt), even to warm foods. Stick to the recommended dosage. A 15 ml scoop (= approx. 5 grams) is included.
