Ingredients

Minerals (calcium, magnesium, silicon), filler (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), vitamins (D3, K2), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose).

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet twice a day with a meal and water, or as advised. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old (mandatory legal mention for products with more than 20 μg of vitamin D per daily dose).

Safety & storage advice

The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a doctor or healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Keep the product out of reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
