What is K2VITAL® DELTA from Kappa Bioscience?

What is the difference between vitamin K1 and vitamin K2?
Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) primarily comes from green vegetables and contributes to normal blood clotting. Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is found in fermented foods and is produced by gut bacteria. It has a broader range of benefits than K1 and is also good for bones.
Does vitamin K affect the effectiveness of blood thinners?
Vitamin K can reduce the effectiveness of blood thinners such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and phenprocoumon. Always consult a doctor before taking extra vitamin K if you are using blood thinners.
