For babies: Dissolve 1 sachet in 10ml lukewarm water, formula, or breast milk, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, stir well, and administer. Alternatively: Apply the contents of a sachet to the areola before breastfeeding. 1-3 sachets per day, do not exceed.
