What are acid-resistant capsules?
Acid-resistant capsules are specially designed to protect their contents from the acidic environment of the stomach. They have a coating that is resistant to stomach acid but dissolves in the less acidic environment of the small intestine.
What is the difference between regular glutathione and S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione?
Regular glutathione (GSH) and S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione (SAG) differ in their chemical structure. S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione has an added acetyl group. This modification protects the compound from enzymatic breakdown and makes it more stable. S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione is therefore considered the superior form.
