Vitakruid Fish Oil Forte 1000 mg (90 and 180 softgels) contains 1000 mg of fish oil concentrate per capsule, of which 350 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA fish fatty acids. The omega-3 fatty acids occur in their natural triglyceride form. This fish oil is also stable, pure, and obtained through cold extraction.Â
