What is Quatrefolic® and why has it been added?
Quatrefolic® is the fourth generation of folate (5-MTHF) with superior bioavailability compared to synthetic folic acid. It is directly active in the body and does not need to be converted.
Why does this supplement contain both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin?
Methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are both biologically active forms of vitamin B12, which can be directly used by the body without further conversion.
What is the advantage of a lozenge?
Lozenges dissolve under the tongue, allowing vitamin B12 to be absorbed directly through the oral mucosa. This bypasses the digestive system.
Why does this supplement not contain vitamin B6?
Some people have difficulty breaking down vitamin B6, which can lead to accumulation in the body. This formula is therefore free of vitamin B6.
