Instructions for use

For children 4 to 12 years of age, chew 1 gummy daily. For persons 13 and older, chew 1 gummy up to 4 times daily, alone or with a meal. For optimal results, divide intake throughout the day. Too much magnesium at one time may have a laxative effect. In that case, reduce the number of gummies per intake.
