Instructions for use

For best results: Day 1-3: Take 20 drops (0.2 teaspoon) daily. Divide into 4-5 drops in water, juice, coffee, etc. with each meal or snack. Day 4-6: Take an additional 20 drops daily. Divide to taste in water, juice, coffee, etc. with each meal or snack. Day 7-10: Take 20 additional drops daily. Divide to taste in water, juice, coffee, etc. with each meal or snack. Day 10+: Take up to 80 drops daily. Dilute to taste. Store in a cool, dry place.
