Instructions for use
Place a patch on a relatively hair-free area of the body (we like the inside of the wrist!). Wear it all day, then remove and replace with a new patch in a slightly different position to allow the skin to breathe. If adhesive residue remains on the skin after use, wash it off with warm soapy water. Get started! Mix and match patches to blend their effects and support your body's unique daily wellness needs.
