Solgar Ultimate Calm (30 tablets) is formulated from a combination of two standardized, patented herbal extracts: saffron (affron®) and ashwagandha (KSM-66®). The extract of saffron (Crocus sativus L.) is standardized to at least 3.5% leptricrocins, including crocin, crocitin, and safranal. The ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) is standardized to 5% withanolides, derived from the root of the plant.

Saffron is a spice obtained from the styles and stigmas of the saffron crocus (Crocus sativus). It is known for its characteristic taste, color, and traditional uses.
Affron® is a patented saffron extract, standardized to 3.5% Lepticrosalides®, a complex of the main active substances in saffron.
Standardized means that the amount of active plant substances is constant, so each tablet contains the same composition.
