Solgar Omnium® Multivitamin (30, 60, 90, or 180 tablets) is a dietary supplement with a broad formula of essential vitamins, minerals, and additional plant-based substances. This supplement contains, among other things, vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, vitamin D2, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, chromium, and iodine. Additionally, the formula is enriched with choline, inositol, bioflavonoids, co-enzyme Q10, alpha-lipoic acid, quercetin, soy isoflavones, turmeric extract, broccoli, and polyphenols from grape seed and green tea. Solgar Omnium® Multivitamin is suitable for adults who consciously want to supplement their daily diet. The tablets are suitable for vegetarians, easy to take, and may vary slightly in color per batch due to the use of natural ingredients.

Why is turmeric extract added to this multivitamin?
Curcuma longa (turmeric) is often added to dietary supplements and in this formula is standardized to the curcuminoid content.
Why is green tea extract included in the composition?
Green tea extract is intentionally added due to the presence of polyphenols, including EGCG. The formula complies with the maximum daily dosage of EGCG.
Why is there a warning for the maximum EGCG intake?
The formula contains EGCG from green tea. It is advised not to consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day and not to combine the product with other green tea products or use it during fasting.
