Totum Sport is not a standard sports drink or powder, but a 100% natural supplement based on cold microfiltered ocean water. In addition to salt (sodium chloride), it contains the minerals and trace elements that are naturally present in small amounts in the ocean, without added sugars, colorants or preservatives.
The taste is lightly salty and mineral-like, which is characteristic of natural seawater. You can take the content directly from the sachet, but some people choose to mix it with a glass of purified water for a milder taste experience. Mixing is optional and does not affect the effectiveness of the product.
