What is Quercetin?

Quercetin is a bioflavonoid naturally found in vegetables and fruits such as apples, berries, and onions. It belongs to the flavonols, a subgroup of flavonoids.

Which foods naturally contain quercetin?

The following foods contain quercetin: onions (mainly red ones), grapes, berries, tomatoes, and broccoli.

What is Quercefit® and Phytosome Technology?
