Hesperidin is a bioflavonoid that naturally occurs in citrus fruits, especially in the inner peel and the white membrane (the albedo) of, for example, oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. It belongs to the group of plant-based compounds that are often found together with vitamin C in citrus.
