Apply a small amount of shea butter to the desired area and massage gently. Repeat as needed, especially on dry or rough skin areas. This product is naturally solid, and its color/texture may vary depending on temperature. It melts at temperatures above body temperature and solidifies upon cooling. This is a natural process and may affect the appearance but does not impact the product's quality. Alternating between heating and cooling may cause fat crystals to form, resulting in a grainy or uneven texture. If the shea butter is hard, it can be softened by placing the container in a pan with hot water (e.g., 100°C or warmer) for 30 minutes or warming it briefly in the microwave until softened.
