NOW Foods Prenatal Gels + DHA (90 or 180 softgels) is a combination of vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids. The supplement contains, among others, folic acid, iron, vitamin D, calcium, and DHA from purified fish oil. This product also contains bèta-carotene and mixed tocopherols. The formula is specially tailored to the nutritional needs of women and comes in easy-to-swallow softgels.
