Nature's Way DIM-Plus™ (60 & 120 capsules) contains a unique bioavailable BR-DIM® complex, which is an improved version of regular diindolylmethane. This supplement derives its ingredients from plants such as broccoli, kale, and cabbage varieties. The vegetable capsules also contain a special Protectamins® Vegetable Blend of spinach, broccoli, and cabbage.
DIM stands for diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient derived from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and kale.
This is a patented DIM formulation (bioavailable DIM®) that delivers approximately 60 mg of DIM in 240 mg capsules sourced from cultivated broccoli-like compounds.
I3C must first be converted to DIM in the body to become active. DIM, on the other hand, is directly active, more stable, better absorbed (especially when combined with ingredients such as vitamin E and phosphatidylcholine).
