Life Extension Super Omega-3 (60 & 120 softgels) combines fish oil from anchovy, mackerel, and sardine with additional plant-based extracts. Each daily serving provides a standardized amount of EPA and DHA, derived from Pure+™ wild fish oil concentrate. This product also contains Polyphen-Oil™ olive extract from both fruit and leaf, with natural polyphenols such as hydroxytyrosol. Sesame seed extract with lignans has also been added. This formula is specially developed for those who want to supplement their daily omega-3 intake with extra plant-based components.
The recommended dosage is 2 softgels per serving, twice a day. This means you take a total of 4 softgels daily, spread over two moments. This distribution helps to get the indicated amount of nutrients throughout the day.
These are natural compounds that naturally occur in sesame seeds (Sesamum indicum). The main sesame lignans are sesamin, sesamolin, and sesamol. These substances belong to the group of phytoestrogens.
