KIKI Health Body Biotics (30, 60, or 120 capsules) contains a combination of 8 bacterial strains, including Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium bifidum. The formula combines soil-based bacteria (Soil-Based Organisms, SBOs) with lactic acid bacteria in a vegan capsule made from hypromellose. The capsules do not need to be kept in the fridge. The daily dosage can gradually be increased from 1 to 2 up to 3 capsules per day.
Soil-Based Organisms, abbreviated as SBOs, are bacteria that occur naturally in the soil. In this supplement, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis are the soil-based bacterial strains.
SBOs are bacteria originally derived from soil. Lactic acid bacteria, such as Lactobacillus and Lactococcus, are naturally found in fermented foods and other natural environments.
The bacterial strains are dehydrated. As a result, according to the manufacturer, the capsules can be stored in a cool, dry place without refrigeration.
Bacterial spores are a natural dormant form of certain bacteria. In this form, they are better able to withstand influences such as moisture, temperature, and storage.
KIKI Health does not state a fixed number of CFUs on the label.
