Bonusan Omega-3 MSC drinking oil (58 ml) contains fish oil concentrate from MSC-certified Alaska pollock. Per 0.25 teaspoon, the oil provides 585 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 352 mg EPA and 232 mg DHA, in the natural triglyceride form. The oil has a light lemon flavour and is easy to add to, for example, a salad, yoghurt or smoothie. The recommended dosage is 0.25 to 0.5 teaspoon daily, to be taken during or shortly after a meal.
