Bonusan Mycoplex (60 capsules) combines four standardised mushroom extracts in one formula: cordyceps, oyster mushroom, shiitake and maitake. Each capsule contains, among other things, 150 mg cordyceps (standardised to at least 6% cordycepin acids) and 100 mg shiitake (standardised to at least 15% polysaccharides), supplemented with oyster mushroom and maitake. The capsules are plant-based and therefore suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, so a pack of 60 capsules will last approximately 1 to 2 months.
