Instructions for use

Consume 1 serving (1 tablet) daily. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.

Note: People taking blood thinners containing vitamin K antagonists, such as warfarin and acenocoumarol, are advised not to consume this product.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years old. Before using a vitamin K2 supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist if taking cumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and phenprocoumon).
