NOW Foods Omega 3-6-9 softgels contain a blend of five nutritional oils: flaxseed, evening primrose, rapeseed oil, blackcurrant and pumpkin seed oil. These oils provide a balanced ratio of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids.
Composition of NOW Foods Omega 3-6-9:
- Mixture of nutritional oils: flaxseed, evening primrose, rapeseed oil, blackcurrant and pumpkin seed oil.
- Contains polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats: 45% Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), 26.5% Omega-6 (linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid), 17.5% Omega-9 (oleic acid) and 11% other saturated fats and phospholipids.
- Non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, kosher, soy-free, nut-free and egg-free.
- GMP quality assured: this means that every aspect of the NOW manufacturing process has been examined, including laboratory/testing methods (for stability, potency and product formulation).
