Instructions for use
- Dip the brush into the bottle once and apply it to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes; do not wash off.
- Let the eyelash serum dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. There is no need to apply it to the lower lash line as well.
Use twice daily, morning and afternoon, on clean, dry skin.
