NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Drops contain 400 IU of vitamin D per four drops. Vitamin D can be obtained from food or produced by the skin through the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not always abundantly available in food. Each drop contains 100 IU of vitamin D, 4 drops deliver 400 IU, and 20 drops deliver 2,000 IU.

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Instructions for use
Shake well. For adults, take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily. For children, administer 4 drops once daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage. If the dropper comes into contact with lips or oral tissue, thoroughly clean and dry it before placing it back into the bottle and fully sealing it. Preferably take with a fat-containing meal.
