NOW Foods B-100 Tablets contain various B-vitamins, choline, and inositol. B-vitamins are water-soluble and have limited storage capacity in the body, with the exception of B12. B12 is derived from animal sources, such as meat and dairy. This product is designed for sustained release over a longer period.
