NOW Foods UC-II® Type II Collagen (60 or 120 capsules) contains 40 mg standardized chicken cartilage extract per capsule, including 10 mg collagen, of which undenatured type II collagen. The formula is enriched with Aquamin®, a mineral complex derived from red seaweed (Lithothamnium spp.), which naturally contains calcium. Each capsule is designed for one daily dose and also contains a small amount of calcium (80 mg).
