For aromatherapy and topical use. For topical use, dilute carefully with a carrier oil, lotion, etc., before use. Consult a book on essential oils or another professional reference source for recommended dilution ratios. Recommended dilution: 2-3 drops of turmeric oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or moisturizer.
