For aromatherapy and topical use. For topical use, dilute carefully with a carrier oil, lotion, etc. before use. Consult an essential oils book or other professional reference source for recommended dilution ratios. Recommended dilution: 2-3 drops of turmeric oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or moisturizer.
