Cinnamon (Bark), or cinnamon bark, comes from the bark of trees in the Cinnamomum genus, including Cinnamomum verum, Cinnamomum aromaticum and Cinnamomum burmannii. These species have been used for centuries in food and traditional uses.

This formula contains three different forms of chromium, combined with cinnamon powder in one supplement. One capsule contains 500 mcg of chromium, which is a high dose.

At this moment, there are no legally approved health claims available for cinnamon. That is why we are not allowed to make statements about possible uses.

Chromium is a trace element found in small quantities in foods such as whole grains, nuts, meat, vegetables and certain spices.

This supplement is not recommended for children and during pregnancy. Chromium can influence blood sugar levels. Consult your doctor if you have diabetes. Chromium can also affect the absorption of levothyroxine (thyroid medication). Leave at least 1-2 hours between taking levothyroxine and this supplement. Read the warnings before use.
