Each dose of two softgels contains a total of 2400 mg lecithin, of which 360 mg is phosphatidylcholine. Naturally, other phospholipids are also present, such as phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol. The softgels also contain extra virgin olive oil and are recommended at a dosage of two per day, with a meal. Available in packs of 100 or 200 softgels.
