Instructions for use
Mix 1-2 leveled tablespoons daily vigorously into at least 250 ml of water or juice and consume immediately. Drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
