Vitamin C (from ascorbyl palmitate) 200 mg 222% Ascorbyl palmitate 500 mg. Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
Instructions for use
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily, preferably with food. After opening, store cool and dry.
Note: For adults only. Ascorbyl palmitate may increase the bioavailability of iron. Consult a physician in pregnancy/nursing, medication use or medical condition (especially iron storage disorder). Keep out of reach of children.
