Nature’s Way Completia Diabetic (60 or 90 tablets) is a multivitamin with a generous amount of B vitamins, supplemented with vitamins C, E, A, and selenium. The formula also contains minerals such as magnesium, zinc, copper, and iodine. In addition, plant extracts have been added, including cinnamon and fenugreek, as well as extra ingredients like alpha-lipoic acid, quercetin, inositol, and L-carnitine. This supplement provides a broad combination of micronutrients and additional compounds, with just two tablets per day as the recommended dosage.
