Ingredients

Probiotic blend (L. rhamnosus, L. casei, L. acidophilus, L. plantarum, L. gasseri, B. longum, B. breve, B. bifidum), potato starch, magnesium stearate, vitamin C, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Instructions for use

Adults take 1 capsule once daily with water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by your physician. The supplement is best stored in a cool, dry place, although refrigeration is not required.
