Instructions for use
Take 1 vegetarian capsule with your first bite of dairy-containing food; if necessary, increase the dosage to 2 capsules at a time.
If you continue to eat foods containing dairy after a period of 30-45 minutes, it is recommended that you take an additional dose of the product.
