Instructions for use
Wet the hair and then apply the appropriate amount of Nia Shampoo. Leave the Shampoo on for about 3 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Then repeat the process with the Nia Conditioner for best results. For more damaged hair, we recommend leaving the Shampoo and Conditioner on for 5 minutes instead of 3 minutes.
