Instructions for use
Wet the hair and then apply the appropriate amount of Nia Shampoo. Let the shampoo sit for about 3 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat this process with the Nia Conditioner for the best results. For more damaged hair, we recommend allowing the Shampoo and Conditioner to sit for 5 minutes instead of 3 minutes.
