The extract ratio decides what you actually take
Dandelion labels are easy to misread. A 4:1 extract means four parts dried root were reduced to one part extract. A 10:1 extract is more concentrated again. So 250 mg of a 10:1 extract is "equivalent to" 2,500 mg of root, and a pack advertising 6,500 mg is usually quoting that equivalent, not the powder in the capsule. Compare products on two numbers: milligrams of extract per capsule, and the ratio behind it. Without both, a big number tells you nothing.
