L-OptiZinc® is a patented form of zinc, in which the mineral is bound to the amino acid L-methionine. This form is chosen because of its stability and good solubility.
This product contains adenosylcobalamin, also known as dibencozide. It is one of the active forms of vitamin B12 and is found in supplements aimed at direct availability without conversion.
PQQ is present in small amounts in foods such as natto (fermented soy), green pepper, spinach, and parsley. However, the quantities are limited; therefore, standardized dosages are used in supplement form.
