- Squeeze. Dampen hair and hands and squeeze a quarter-sized amount onto the palm of the hand.
- Activate. Rub the wet hands together to spread the formula and "activate" the Vitamin E beads.
- Lather. Wet hair thoroughly and massage the conditioner from root to tip for 1-3 minutes. Then rinse out the conditioner.
