How do I use vitamin C powder?

Mix 1/2 to 1 scoop of powder in a large glass of water and drink it. You can also mix the powder with juice, yogurt, smoothies, or stir it into your porridge.

How much vitamin C is in one scoop?

A scoop of 2.2 grams contains 1800 mg of vitamin C and 130 mg of magnesium. In most cases and for long-term use, half a scoop (900 mg of vitamin C) is sufficient.

What is the advantage of magnesium ascorbate compared to ascorbic acid?

Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered form of vitamin C, which means it is gentler on the stomach. In addition to vitamin C, this form also provides extra magnesium.

What does 'in buffered form' mean for vitamin C?

A buffered form of vitamin C means that the ascorbic acid (the acidic form of vitamin C) is combined with a mineral such as calcium, sodium, or (as in this case) magnesium. This lowers the acidity, making the vitamin C less acidic and gentler on the stomach.
